They were very through. Gave paper work on the tests given.
Karen is the ABSOLUTE BEST. the woman who administers the shots. I'm giving this a 3 because Karen is the best but some other ppl who give the shots put me in a temporary state of paralysis, and do not administer the shots with care. Everytime i come in I am reassured that Karen is there. And when she is not it is the biggest disappointment.
I came in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful,dr.steve wise was so nice and professional,and he explained everything to me and the medical assistant and nurses you did the injections on me explained everything they were doing on me. Thank you all.
