Tele-visit call was a little late, not bad. There was a lot of background noise as if the nurse calling me was in a noisy vehicle. When I asked at the end of the call about scheduling the procedure she very quickly transferred me to another office without really concluding our conversation or saying goodbye. Not bad but not the greatest experience.
i’m always seen ahead of my appointment time and Dr. Ley Is always very thorough

Excellent customer service. When scheduling appointment was given precise directions. Staff were extremely friendly. Waiting area was pleasant. Dr. was very friendly. Listened to concerns and addressed them overall very pleasant experience. Thank you.
