Whoever’s at the front desk for pediatrics sounds miserable. Horrible , scripted customer service.

ADC north has two of the best doctors in Austin Dr Haywood and Dr Volpe.
Today I had a visit with Dr Wasser. She was very rude to me.
There turn around for orders is horrible! Never ever should it take three days to have labs re entered. Clinical staff is slow when non urgent. Had to call after a message was sent by portal.
