Update: I am very disappointed that after nearly 12 years, my latest appointment was canceled at the last minute, and I was told that I would need to re-establish care with Dr. Reading (gain a new referral and schedule/pay for a new patient appointment) because of a lapse in care. I sincerely believe this was done in error, but the folks I've spoken to on the phone at ADC seem to be firmly holding a line without properly investigating. My yearly check up with Dr Ilangovan in Endocrinology went very well as usual, shared information, rapport with doctor, nurse and all staff. The ease of getting in, getting my shot and updated information as well as ease in making next two appointments made my morning a great way to start the day! Thank you!
