Still Jesslyn Lu's patient. She and ADC have been wonderful!! I was impressed with my new Endocrinologist at ADC. She was thorough and very realistic. I look forward to having her manage my diabetes.
Yhe service was great, fast friendly and efficient. NP Angela Shripe was excellent! Very caring, knowledgeable and she took the time to explain all of my blood lab work, the effects and my conditions. I am grateful that I've finally found myself a great caring Primary care physician..
Dr Ilangovan is amazing, professional, personable, caring and knowledgeable. She asked insightful questions in order to get a full understanding and work on an effective care plan. Our first visit wasn’t rushed, she paid attention to the history information to put pieces together. Highly recommend her. The office is very efficient once you are there, but I personally had a hard time getting through via phone. Hope they get more help in the front office to make it easier for the team.
The providers great. Billing? I mean great for me... but problematic (they have not billed me correctly). Contacting the service? Awful. Impossible. Hold time is (still on hold while writing this) over 3 hours and 40 minutes. The healow app? Doesn't work and no one in the office could sort it. Couldn't call in to address it either.
Called trying to get an appointment, (looking for a primary care provider - I moved from out of state) talked to Ana She barely knew any information Couldn’t tell me how much a cash pay appointment is Couldn’t tell me if nurse practitioners can prescribe medication (looking for weight management) It’d be nice if the person answering the phone knew some sort of information to give prospective patients or at least directed me to where I could find the info
