very overpriced merchandise for a very modest unit that failed quickly but they did honor a 3 year warranty and replaced unit without additional cost.

Mr. and Mrs. M...r: We are truly sorry you feel this way, really we don't feel this is overpriced at all if you take in consideration that back in 2014 (original service, you were given additional return, drain line, drain pan, plenum, evaporation coil,blower , heating system and main suply cleaning disinfection included, means no charge. We went back to service in 2015 without trip charge, we went back to service in june 2016 without trip charge.
