I was scheduled to come in for the skin allergy testing today at the louetta location and I did. I was not told before hand to stop taking my allergy medicine by anyone. So I came in today to get my vitals checked and the. Told I have to come back next week for the testing because I took my allergy meds yesterday. To top that off I got up to the front to reschedule and get charged $200 for no testing. Talk about an expensive bill to check my BP and weight.

If you’re thinking of going to Allergy and ENT associates - DON’T! Nothing but trouble and I haven’t even had my first appointment. They got me a 1:45 appointment, I filled out the 21 PAGE patient portal form, and today on my way to the clinic I called for the address and they said they cancelled my appointment without telling me! Not to mention I got disconnected the first time the appointment lady “transferred” me to the clinic. She says they’ll try to work me in. RecommendedDr. Johnny Mai is amazing, thought I was having ongoing sinus and allergies. Come to find out it was deviated septum. Had septoplasty surgery to correct it. 2 weeks later I could breathe better than I have in many, many years. Wonderful and caring staff. HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks Dr. Mai.
