DR Mai bedside manner was awful, came in and said YO to me wasn't at all interested in my case and was more interested to see if i had any other allergies and then recommended that i go and see another ENT Specallist with more Experience. Waste of time & money. He's more interested in make more money with loading you all up with Allergy shots!

I was scheduled to come in for the skin allergy testing today at the louetta location and I did. I was not told before hand to stop taking my allergy medicine by anyone. So I came in today to get my vitals checked and the. Told I have to come back next week for the testing because I took my allergy meds yesterday. To top that off I got up to the front to reschedule and get charged $200 for no testing. Talk about an expensive bill to check my BP and weight.

RecommendedDr.Mai was so patient with me. He listened to all of my concerns which is very important to me. I will refer this office to all my friends ( Spring Location) his associates was very nice and professional also. I'm happy with service I feel much better. Thanks so much to all !
Dr. Ballard is amazing! Made my daughter feel comfortable and me as well! Definitely recommend this place
Dr. Johnny Mai is amazing, thought I was having ongoing sinus and allergies. Come to find out it was deviated septum. Had septoplasty surgery to correct it. 2 weeks later I could breathe better than I have in many, many years. Wonderful and caring staff. HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks Dr. Mai.
