RecommendedSo far I have had a very positive experience with PA Lonnie Scholl. The insurance/billing needs some improvement however. They did not verify eligibility of services with my insurance company BEFORE the date of service like it SHOULD be done. I had to pay out of pocket which I shouldn't have had to do. I have met all my out of pocket and deductible. I am quite upset. I keep calling for the insurance lady to call me back, and she hasn't yet. Very friendly, knowledgeable, & compassionate! As new parents we had a few questions and were a little worried about a tongue-tie, but Dr. Smith & Nurse Jessica helped to answer our questions and put us at ease. We were not rushed & felt like the staff truly cared. Thank you!

I saw Dr. Smith many many years ago when I had my tonsils removed and also when I needed tubes put in my ears! He changed my life!!! It’s so nice to see he still has his practice here!!

All the sudden getting bills for visits my insurance company says were covered. The doctors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but getting bills for something said to have been covered 100% is upsetting. Just got a call, everything was handled beyond expectation. They staff have been wonderful the whole 2 years. Frustrating as this insurance mix up got, they got it all taken care of. And turns out it was an insurance thing not an office problem.
Everyone is so professional and friendly I would send any of my friends or family members there without a doubt!!
