Great doctor but bull crap schedule team you will wait at least 1 hour past your time
They turned my son down as a patient because his doctor isn’t in Hunt county. We live and he attends school in Greenville. The receptionist was rude also.

Dr. Graham is very kind and professional, and I have no complaints about her care. However, the rest of the staff could improve their customer service and communication. I waited over an hour without any updates, and when I politely inquired about the delay, the response I received was not particularly courteous. Additionally, at my son’s appointment, the nurse or assistant provided little assistance during his music/hearing test, which made the process more challenging for him.
