Definitely will not use them again going forward. Our doctor had us come to this location for a toddler allergy panel. Tell me why that took 2 hours to accomplish. We were waiting for a school note and I finally got fed up. We left and told them to email the note to us. Absolutely ridiculous
The woman at the front desk was not very friendly but everyone else was nice and friendly. The Dr was knowledgeable, listened, and had a friendly demeanor.
Scammy tactics - as self pay, on financial papers it says that if the Doctor returns in 30 minutes and gives you the result of the allergen prick test, you’ll be charged another $90 appointment fee on top of almost $400 skin prick toddler panel. This is written with very small letters on the long document they make you sign when signing financials, without anyone pointing it out. The bill just comes in a couple months. Very untransparent and we will not come back for this reason.
