Fantastic group of people! Very helpful during all my visits. They have literally been a life saver for my son who has been dealing with lifelong allergens since he was a toddler. I would highly recommend for adults & children. 👍🏽
The care itself is good, and the staff are knowledgeable, but the limited hours make it really hard to stay on track with allergy shots. They’re closed two days a week and only open late one evening, which doesn’t work well for people with regular work or gym schedules. It’s frustrating to have to repeat or reduce doses because of scheduling gaps, and sometimes the tone can feel a bit scolding if too much time passes between visits., due to no fault of our own. Dr Humble and his staff are respectful, professional and patient. I enjoy seeing them.
Definitely will not use them again going forward. Our doctor had us come to this location for a toddler allergy panel. Tell me why that took 2 hours to accomplish. We were waiting for a school note and I finally got fed up. We left and told them to email the note to us. Absolutely ridiculous
