I ordered from them on Jan 1st. They sent the wrong items (that took two weeks). They won't return emails and it was near impossible to get someone on the phone. When I did finally reach someone on Feb 4, they had me on "hold" for 10 minutes. I could hear them chit-chatting in the background. When they did finally get back on the phone, I was told they had the item wrong in the system and I would just keep receiving the wrong thing if a replacement was requested. AVOID THIS BUSINESS WORST people I have ever met. Never received refund. Called them again and again asking when I can get a refund. The customer service was so rude, every time I call them, they just say the money will be refunded in 2-3 business days. Eventually they even hang up my call right away.
Never received my order. Never received refund. It's been over a month. Haven't heard back from customer service in two weeks since last e-mail.
NEVER buy from these people! They do NOT stand behind what they sell, and will not let me return an unopened package.
