Dr. Craig is the best! However, this has been a long time coming. Today is the final straw. I have kept my mouth shut as long as possible. I have been going to the VB office for years for my shots. I have seen what other patients have complained about: extremely long wait times, rude front desk, and combative staff members. Staff are very nice. For the past few months all walk in shots are 30 minutes to 1 hour wait times. There really isn't anything convenient about the walk in shots.
I scheduled an appointment months in advance specifically for the purpose of allergy testing. I made sure I understood everything of how to prepare for the appointment, since this was really important to me. Finally my appointment arrived, but during my appointment was the first time they told me I had to return in 3 days to have my test results read. Been a patient for 5 years now with Dr. Gregory Pendell, amazing guy, got to the source of my allergens, recommended better inhalers for better asthma control, got the source of my allergy issues I've had for 7 years since moving back to the area; shot walk-ins take a bit depending on week, earliest 15, max 40 since I started those, just depends on staffing really. If you're insured with Tricare, they eat most of the allergy shot and regular appointment cost, you just pay the remaining out of pocket for any co-pays for them.... read more
I’ve been trying to call for two months to pay a bill and reschedule appointment and every time I call it’s busy. Horrible communication
