The nurses nor front desk staff in Jenkintown office do not care to look into the child chart & tell us on time about procedure changes. It resulted in me taking day off & pulling my child off the school to come to 11 am appointment to hear from the nurse that we should not be there! And why would they even say sorry? They claim it is my fault as a parent!
