So apparently if you are not seen by a doctor every year, they classify you as a new patient and make you go through all tests and paperwork again. They also don’t tell you this so beware if it’s been a little bit since you have been there and need simple refills for prescriptions. Pretty terrible customer service which is a shame because the two doctors my daughter’s have seen were pretty friendly.

I have been a patient for nearly two years. The physicians and staff have provided excellent care for my allergies and difficult-to-treat asthma.
Terrible experience at the lansdale office. My child was diagnosed with a new food allergy. Very little education provided. Prescribed an Epi-pen and sent us on our way. We go to a new allergist who is wonderful with children and offers OIT.
I love Dr. Eva. This office is extremely friendly and pays attention to the whole person, not just allergies and/or asthma.
Dr. Desai is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns, provided information, and listed treatment options. I am very pleased with my treatment and I am excited for future services.
All staff was very personable and polite
After 23 years of coming here you think they would treat me like a person. Horrible treatment of patients here.
