Having been my first time being here. Dr. Trivedi Divyang was sweet and attentative to my personal matter. He helped me understand what I can do to help my allergies. Helistened to what I needed and considered some options. Staff was good. He is great.
Agreed with the other reviewers that the front desk lady (apparently the boss to the other nurses and the one handling billing[?]) is rude, entitled and needs to be fired. All the lower ranking nurses are professional. The doctor himself is fine.
Bad customer service! You need to wait on line for a long time. Once they pick up , they put you on hold again and you need to wait again… . Really rude! They don’t even wait for you to finish a sentence…the clinic should fire such kind of employee!
New patient here, waiting for my 1st appt. This clinic is the worst employee wise, NADIA Manager the worst, bad attitude unprofessional. This clinic has 2 locations Very bad on answering calls, long wait. You wait like almost 2hrs. Go elsewhere if you can…
I haven’t personally been there because my appointment has yet to be here but I call in to check if there are any cancellations and the receptionist have simply resorted to just immediately putting me on hold. I’m hurt because I’ve only called in twice to ask and apparently it’s a bother now? I mean it’s their job to check if anyone cancels in hopes I can get a closer appointment date.
