This experience left me in tears. I called this office to schedule an allergy appointment for my daughter. She has IEHP insurance and a referral from her pediatrician. The phone system was very difficult to get through, and it took multiple attempts just to speak with someone. English is not my first language, but I was doing my best to explain my daughter’s referral information. Having been my first time being here. Dr. Trivedi Divyang was sweet and attentative to my personal matter. He helped me understand what I can do to help my allergies. Helistened to what I needed and considered some options. Staff was good. He is great.
Agreed with the other reviewers that the front desk lady (apparently the boss to the other nurses and the one handling billing[?]) is rude, entitled and needs to be fired. All the lower ranking nurses are professional. The doctor himself is fine.
Bad customer service! You need to wait on line for a long time. Once they pick up , they put you on hold again and you need to wait again… . Really rude! They don’t even wait for you to finish a sentence…the clinic should fire such kind of employee!
