THE OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRAINED AND HAVE AN EXTREMELY NASTY ATTITUDE!! THE DR. NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN HIS OFFICE, BEFORE HE LOSES ALL HIS PATIENTS!!
