Absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Jones is inconsiderate, seems disinterested in answering questions, always rushing to end the appointment. Not warm or welcoming even to younger patients. Not returning to this place at all.
Dr. Ally is amazing. Our 5 month old had a severe allergic reaction and she helped us put together a plan to help guide us with introducing new foods to our baby. We were sad to relocate and not get to continue working with her.
Lady on the phone tried so hard to force us to get a consultation from their doctor even though my wife has has multiple documented diagnoses of fatal peanut allergies and she wanted an updated panel. We were willing to provide all documents showing a lifetime history of allergies but they wanted a reason to bill for a consultation just so they could say “yes you need to test for an allergy.” Yeah no you’re not getting a free $300-500 out of us to tell us what countless doctors have told my wife for her entire life and we ha... read more
