Staff is always responsive and helpful. On one occasion my son had a reaction that caused hives and I sent a message in my chart and staff called me very concerned and created a game plan for the next few days. Dr. Geng was very helpful in ruling out a condition for my child. Not only did he discuss the condition with me, he also talked to me about my child's over all care and steps I could take to better advocate for him. I don’t like posting negative reviews, but I think this important to know for parents going through the unknown and scary territory of food allergies. I thought with a name like Rady’s that they would be cutting edge and the top-of-the-line care. Originally wrote a bad review because of the wait I had here with my son, but the director has since reached out to me several times to address my concerns. That's worth a lot. We see Dr. Walters and have been very happy with her care. All good.
