She was kind, patient, and very thorough!! Very thankful to have found them!
At no time was I told by the staff prior to my appointment, that Dr Tarpay does not accept Medicare. When I showed up for my appointment, the lady named Linda said you will have to pay cash for your visit today since we do not take Medicare patients. This office wasted my time by not telling me this sooner. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Not a reflection of Dr. Tarpay. We didn’t get to see her because we showed up on time for our appointment & waited for an entire hour, so we had to leave. Won’t be returning somewhere my time isn’t valued, sadly!
I love Dr. Tarpay and her entire staff. They are so inviting, kind, and considerate. Dr. Tarpay is a legend in her field and she does not hesitate to share her knowledge with new PA’s. She solved my 5 year struggle after 3 months of her protocol. She takes her time to thoroughly evaluate you and gives you a ton of information and options to help you. Some complain that it takes her too long but I love the fact that she is thorough and I am willing to wait in order to be treated adequately. Thank you Dr. Tarpay and your staff... read more
