Pleasant but immensely disorganized and unprofessional.
I cannot remember the last time I left a doctor’s appointment feeling as supported and heard as I did today. Dr. Laznickova took an hour to listen to what I’ve been going through. She was empathetic and patient with the most incredible bedside manner. I am deeply appreciative for the time she gave me today and the advice for tending to my allergies. I kept calling at the clinic but no one answer my call. I want them to cancel my 2/27 appointment but looks like they don't take calls. Sorry I have to go through reviews to let you cancel my appointment. Could you please call me back to confirm the appointment is cancelled??
