Really liked Christina ! Listens and does not rush. Great personality and explains everything. Very nice office staff and medical assistants in both the Frisco and McKinney locations.
I had visited here for my kids breathing issues and the same was sorted out in one single visit. The doctors team here are very kind and address ur concern end to end very much satisfied with the outcome
Dr El Hag is a fantastic doctor. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to treat symptoms. His staff is wonderful as well.
EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY: First of all no one disclosed the extra charges, never even a cop pay( but I knew there was a co pay based off my insurance) but no one disclosed anything, they only scheduled the appointment and I never heard back from. I have not received any calls so thats a lie. I had different forms of payments but to ask for that amount upfront with out a exam first is insane, once again never discussed first over the phone prior to appointment. My child is a patient of Dr. El Hag’s and we can’t recommend him enough! My kid was a little bit of a weird case with sinus infections every month/weakened immune system and Dr. El Hag/his staff were the only ones who were able to figure out what was truly going on. He was the only one who was able to treat her effectively and didn’t stop until he found the true cause of what was going on with her.
