The entire staff is amazing. They have truly helped my son have a better quality of life living with severe allergies.
Horrible front desk staff who lacks exemplary service to patients. A male staff member presented a lack of empathy towards a medical condition, and was a presumptuous troglodyte. Their technological business practices are also very archaic when registering as a patient. Despite having pivotal medical information to help others, I was treated poorly. Enough to report to Tri-Care and RIA base medical leadership. Highly do not recommend this for any service members in the QC community. Go elsewhere. Have more empathy for patien... read more
