Horrible front desk staff who lacks exemplary service to patients. A male staff member presented a lack of empathy towards a medical condition, and was a presumptuous troglodyte. Their technological business practices are also very archaic when registering as a patient. Despite having pivotal medical information to help others, I was treated poorly.
