They take great care of my girls.
A real challenge to get an appointment (you need a referral to begin), and they're pretty old-school with their setup (which I respect). Their first-appointment policies are frankly hardcore (which I also respect). However, my interactions with the staff and my appointments have always been positive. I don't have a perspective on their allergy shot offerings, but I've had skin tests and oral food challenges and everything was done efficiently yet thoroughly.
I have been coming to this establishment for practically my whole life. It has always been amazing service and has always felt like the staff really cared about my symptoms.

I sent both my husband and my daughter here to be tested for allergies. We have a high deductible HSA plan and thus, pay a portion of our balance every month once our HSA is funded. I have received a threatening letter that I will be sent to collections if I do not make a payment in the next 15 days, and the letter is dated 12 days after my most recent payment!
