A real challenge to get an appointment (you need a referral to begin), and they're pretty old-school with their setup (which I respect). Their first-appointment policies are frankly hardcore (which I also respect). However, my interactions with the staff and my appointments have always been positive. I don't have a perspective on their allergy shot offerings, but I've had skin tests and oral food challenges and everything was done efficiently yet thoroughly.
I have been coming to this establishment for practically my whole life. It has always been amazing service and has always felt like the staff really cared about my symptoms.

I sent both my husband and my daughter here to be tested for allergies. We have a high deductible HSA plan and thus, pay a portion of our balance every month once our HSA is funded. I have received a threatening letter that I will be sent to collections if I do not make a payment in the next 15 days, and the letter is dated 12 days after my most recent payment! My 10 week old son has been struggling for his entire life with discomfort, fussiness, pain, basically inconsolable as well as not sleeping more than 4-6 hours a night since birth and we had seen his regular pediatrician and they gave us some reflex meds but saw no improvement .we then followed up again and had blood work done and I by chance went this to my cousin who used to work here an she showed Dr. Jones and Dr Jones got us in immediately and took action.
