Meeting Dr. Demain changed my sons life and those around him. He'd had a chronic cough for years and no other doctor could figure out why. He was so thorough that he finally discovered the cause was from damage from by a surgery several years prior. He referred my son to a speech therapist and is finally cured after several years of suffering. This man was/is a God send! I'm now seeing him for my own allergies.
While the doctor and nurse were pleasant and knowledgeable, the office staff member that collected money from me was not friendly at all. Not only was she unfriendly, she collected a huge amount over my deductible...I should have called her out on this but I think I was in shock at how much money they charged. I have tried to call the business office to find out about the charges and my over payment but the number has been busy for an hour. I've had awful service here. My son had to have allergy testing done, at that appointment staff was nice and answered questions. Now, I've had to call several times to hear back about his blood results, my appointments have been scheduled wrong, rushed phone calls to where I can't even finish my questions before getting "ok have a nice day *click" Really wish we could've been referred elsewhere (10/23/19) Still stick to my review, I'm constantly having to reschedule every appointment I make with them because they can't keep ... read more
The professionalism at this place isn't the greatest. I was an established patient prior to this visit and called several times (to both my general doctor and their office) to check if they had received my referral so that I could make an appointment (on-going since March/April, but I guess the blame would also partly go to Providence Family Medicine for the miscommunication and sending the referral to the wrong place) due to my allergic reactions to insulin.
