Dr. James is AMAZING!! My daughter has been having problems for years and we finally have got it figured out because of her. It has been hard to find a doctor who truly cares about my daughter and finding the best treatment plan for her, but Dr. James was determined to take care of her. My daughter and I are very thankful for her determination and compassion.
Dr. Raby is very knowledgeable, I saw her 20 years. Her nurse practitioners, Mary and Shannon, are awful. They would consistently misdiagnose or say it's all in your head. I would insist on seeing Dr. Raby, who would make the accurate diagnosis and treat the issues. I talked to Dr. Raby about the problematic nurses many times, but nothing changed. Good luck trying to get a hold of any call line. I have placed numerous phones calls here trying to contact billing, trying to get a PA for my pharmacy, and to cancel an appointment. Every time I have called I am immediately put on hold - after fifteen minutes of being on hold I usually hang up and try again a different time - or I get a voicemail and NEVER get a call back. This office does not put the patient first. The first red flag is that when you call in the patient has the last option on the phone when you go to a doctor‘s office that puts the patient first the patient always has the first option when they call in. The receptionist nurses doctors all rude. However, most of the time the ladies who give the allergy shots are nice.
