This office does not put the patient first. The first red flag is that when you call in the patient has the last option on the phone when you go to a doctor‘s office that puts the patient first the patient always has the first option when they call in. The receptionist nurses doctors all rude. However, most of the time the ladies who give the allergy shots are nice. First apt for my 2.5 year old. We were there a total of 3 hours. Apt was at 9:45am. Arrived at 9:35am and wasn’t called to the back until about 10:45am. If they are seeing so many kids, it would be nice if they had more toys out by the kids table. There was one toy and one book (we keep toys with us so it wasn’t a big deal). We were in the first room (connects to waiting room) and we were SO HOT in there. Luckily my daughter is an angel and did so well even though we were there so long. If I hadn’t brought snacks and waters,... read more

The staff are nice, and polite. I love the nurse she run to go find the answer about the medication given to my daughter. We are Muslim and fasting during Ramadan month, and I wasn’t sure if that was must taken and if it will break her fast . It was the first time in my whole being in the USA to see someone so respectful to my religion and went beyond and above just to find an answer to my question and kept apologising although there was nothing to apologise for. They have all my respect to all best staff

Referred by my PCP to start back my treatment for my allergies. From the moment I stepped into the back from the waiting room I felt unwelcome. The nurse that called me back acted like she didn't know why I had been referred to their office. She was rude and unprofessional. She was rude and dismissive. DR Raby wasn't much better. After, asking several questions about my personal life and work background she proceeded to tell me that I have a complicated life and marriage (due to us both being Active Duty Military). After sev... read more
