The 15 minute allergy test took almost 4 hours from waiting delay then waiting in the room for the doctor to come back. Before and after I asked to pay my co-pay - they said there was no co-pay and if there was they would send me a bill. They then sent a bill to my old address then it went to collections for $15 - now I have a collection company calling me.

The Doctor and staff here are kind and helpful. This review is a reflection of their medical billing company which is an absolute NIGHTMARE and impacted my entire experience. Additionally, my insurance company has stated that Allergy & Asthma Affiliates bills insurance at much higher rates than standard in the area - which can, and in my case, did, cause me to pay extra out of pocket that I shouldn't have.
