Kelly, the office manager, was extremely rude to me and my family for no apparent reason. When answering important insurance and payment questions, she showed an obvious lack of competence in her job as she sighed whenever a question was asked. Pulling numbers out of the air without showing us receipts or invoices, we were forced to speak to the nurse for information we couldn’t get from Kelly. Dr Baratham really took the time to listen to my symptoms. She order lab work and explained the results to me. She gave me a treatment plan that was easy to follow and immediately started to help! I’m so thankful I found her!
Dr. Olson & Dr. Baratham are incredible rheumatologists. They sincerely care about their patients and their families. The nursing staff are very attentive & knowledgeable. Highly recommend their office.

The receptionist are kind and helpful. Dr. Olsen has given me an experience that I have found hard to find with other doctors. She let me speak on all I had to say, asked questions I had not heard from other rheumatoid doctors (and others), and gave me options I had not heard before. Leaving her office gave me hope in what feels like a never ending cycle of me trying to understand and manage my pain at such a young age.
