My experience with Dr. Nancy Ott was professional, caring and informative. She is a doctor that has knowledge in very specialized health illnesses and conditions in which I have not been able to find with any other Allergy specialist. Dr. Ott listens carefully to the patient and takes all the time that is needed to discuss the illness and to provide the necessary care.
Today was my last appointment with Dr. Philip Halverson with Allergy & Asthm Specialists, P.A. Can't believe he is retiring. Allergy & Asthm Specialists is a outstanding group. I am so lucky to have so many great Doctor's I work with. I just want to say thank you for being my friend these last 40 years. We gone through a ton of stuff. I have been going to this allergist for 5+ years. I have always been very happy with the service from both the nurses and doctors. Dr. Mehta is the best!
Positive: The doctor was nice and knowledgeable. Negative: Poor customer service, can't get hold of anyone in the Plymouth office, they don't call you, etc.
The test results for my baby were back, my husband and I had to call multiple times and they don’t call back at all. they don’t give an update. Their customer service is terrible the wait times are hours just sitting in the lobby. Still don’t have results because instead of calling me to let me know the results the doctor is out of town until Monday again. It’s ridiculous. They won’t let anyone else tell me the test results. Never going back here. I highly recommend you avoid this place.
