Receptionist service is ok. Billing department is very rude. Waste of money and time for the visit. Basically told us my son just needs to wait out before his hives go away. Got charged $25 for no show even though I called but reception didn't answer phone.

Most unprofessional service. I was running late and I called them. Their office closes at 5:00 and they said you can come for shot latest by 4:45. I called and said I was stuck in LA traffic and I might just be 30 second late please just keep it open if I am just a minute off, I am trying my best might be there before. Literally I will hate missing my allergy shot as I was struggling from it. She said, nope we close after 4:45 it is okay to miss shot as we have other work to do.
