The receptionists are extremely rude. It’s uncalled for and unprofessional.

The with a doctor was amazing, he is very pleasant and answered any questions with all the information I needed. I didn't have any issues with the front desk staff. I actually did have a problem locating a receipt but they were able to help me out with that politely. Thank you again!
Staff are incredibly kind and go out of your way to make sure you feel safe, understood and supported. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the doctor took their time to help me and explain every step.
I had an appointment scheduled for the end of February. My first appointment was canceled as the doctor was unavailable. Due to last minute work trips beyond my control, I had to reschedule twice, with the last appointment scheduled within two weeks of the original. I was just called and told the appointment was cancelled as I need a new referral since I rescheduled twice, though I was not told this at the time. My doctor has since closed his practice, I was not offered any help.
