She’s now telling our insurance that she didn’t have our insurance info the night of our appts!!! Hope she realizes insurance records phone calls~ UHC is now passing this along to their legal dept. When an insurance company says they’ve never seen a provider continue after the first round of letters they sent her it’s pretty bad. STAY AWAY from this business

I am sorry that our experience was not a positive one. I will clarify that we have 3 UHC agents that have all agreed that the client is responsible for this bill. In addition, you were sent SIX bills PRIOR to being sent to collections, without any response (phone, email, etc.) We are always happy to help clients with any billing issues and do our best to. Dr. Melton is amazing. She really knows how to diagnose and treat your injury with acupuncture and chiropractic care. She is friendly and caring and her secretary Kim makes my day when I come in....with her wonderful personality. I have never felt the kind of relief I am feeling from this treatment. Jackie Cleven
