With a short term change in insurance, I brought my kids here for a cleaning to keep their cleaning schedules on time. I explained my situation when scheduling and when I got to the office, explained again that we just needed a cleaning. I was told that it's a liability not to do x-rays, that I could go somewhere else that would provide a "just a cleaning" and the dentist actually said to me, "if you want to do what's best for your sons...". The absolute worst dentist in this area. The first 2 times my son ever went here he cried and was scared like any 2 year old would be and they were not understanding or kid friendly at all. Misdiagnosed my son and suggested he go to a surgery center to fix his teeth. Thank God we went for a second opinion and no dental work is needed at all. RecommendedWe called many dentists in the area regarding the decision to remove a neonatal tooth in our 5 day old baby. We did not feel comfortable with the answers we were receiving and the experience of the dentist until we spoke with the staff at Broomall. Dr Moscow insisted he see us same day and performed the procedure with no problems. He also walked through any potential issues that may occur in our child’s future. We are very happy with the overall experience.
