Great experience
Khadijah was my hygienist for today. She was very patient, kind, understanding of my concerns and fears. Especially when I explained to her about a previous experience at another practice. She apologized for the bad experience that I had and promised to do her best to make me as comfortable as possible -- which she did. The staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. I didn't have one of my insurance cards (as I needed to have card reissued) - they were patient and allow me to provide the information the next work day. The office was clean (immaculately) - it was a very inviting place to be a dental office. I was nervous but everyone was so kind and put me at ease. I look forward to working with this dental staff again. JP
I have never been to the dentist and could honestly say it was a "great experience" but that is and was how I felt. No, pain at all!
The best
I love that there is never a long wait time and that staff is always professional and friendly. My one comment is that there was no one at the desk when I walked and and no sign-in sheet so, after a few minutes I walked around to the checkout station. At that point, the young lady returned to the front desk.
The Doctor and staff provided excellent service for me. I was very impressed with the care and treatment they provided. The Doctor performed the dental procedure with excellent care. I am happy with the service.
