My experience yesterday was great. I love Dr. Kim. He discovered that he did not have to do as much yesterday as originally planned.He is very skilled and caring about his patient; I really appreciate how he interacts with me. He is great.
For one thing it is convenient to get to. Very friendly atmosphere alwayasking if everyone is doing fine in the waiting room, which is very relaxing.I hate going to the dentist as they could see , but when I left I knew I would be back.
The whole staff were polished professionals while delivering the best customer service!
I love this place!the staff is great always make you feel comfortable! They go beyond call of service. I especially like after I had my work done on my teeth. They call ahead to pharmacy to make sure my prescription would be ready.also call me the next morning. to checkon me.

I absolutely Can Not Go to ANY OTHER Dentist! I love the customer service at Fenton Family in Clinton, MD. Everyone is very professional and super nice. Which helps to put at ease an already nervous about the dentist paitient. The front office staff that greets me at the door to the office managers that assist with the insurance and payment details to my hygenist/dental asst who will actually hold my hand through an intense procedure... everyone is 1st rate! The staff, including my dentist, Dr. Kim, were all very welcoming and my procedure was performed in a very timely and professional manner.
As usual everyone was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. A mistake was made on my account. I questioned why I was liable for a $294.00 charge in which I felt my insurance should have covered. It was discovered that the dental office made the error. Everything was straighten out easily and smoothly. However, if I did not question the amount I would have end up paying the amount. Other than that, no complaints. Love Fenton Family Dental.
