I received excellent customer service from the finance end to the clinical end
My experience was very good, as usual. Everyone seems to be on top of his/her job.
Absolutely the best dental experience that I have ever had.. It was just all around great. Two extractions (wisdom teeth) and never even had to use the pain meds. Customer service was amazingly great as well. The Dentist and his assistant made me feel extremely comfortable as if they truly cared. I highly recommend Fenton Family Dental!
The dentist and staff were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of every procedure prior to starting and made sure that I was comfortable along the way. My root canal, tooth extraction and temporary bridge work was done completely pain free. I now feel very comfortable and look forward to my next visit.
I was very impressed with my initial visit on Saturday, April 2, 2016, to include the patient waiting area, the examing rooms and practice in general.
I had a walk-in extraction of an upper left molar and it was a successful diagnosis and cure of an unpleasant problem. Kudos to Dr. and Assistant for professional, courteous, and timely solution to my dental problem. Would recommend this practice to anyone for individual or family care.....
Everyone that I met was very courteous and helpful. My examination was not too painful and everything was explained to me before and after each process. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I felt that everyone was very professional and strived to make their patients as comfortable as possible.
I was very anxious about getting a root canal. Dr. Chawla and her assistant were great. I didn't even need to take pain medication after ward. I strongly recommend Fenton dentistry
I had an emergency appointment and was very satisfied with the outcome. The first dentist office I have ever been to that made me fee very comfortable. I am now a patient at this practice and will recommend to family and friends. Love the music too!
