I was a patient here for many years, but recently decided to move my care elsewhere because of repeated negative experiences with the office staff. Dr. Gross has always been pleasant, and Jaclyn has been excellent to work with. Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the front-office staff have consistently been frustrating. Edit: Although the doctors at Allentown Associates are absolutely wonderful, I have grown sick and tired of having their operators and staff hanging up on me. Just know that most of the time you call, you will be connected to a generally unpleasant person who usually has an attitude (like you are bothering them) who will inevitably hang up on you before you can even say “Thank you, good bye.” I have been dealing with these incredibly rude people for years now and I am about done with it. After supporting Dr. Gross’s practice for many years I had a chance of insurance providers. Due to the fact I was having difficulty finding a new provider who would authorize the same meds that I needed. I informed the Office Manager at Dr. Gross’s that I had dropped this new provider and attempted to return to Gross’s practice. Office Manager was curt and provided me with her own (non-medical) opinion whether or not withdrawals were a possibility. awful and rude receptionist, she is extremely rude and is disrespectful. I would never ever recommend any of these people. I had a copay and they wouldn’t even refill my meds with extreme side effects. They are awful people.
I find the office staff friendly and helpful. Dr Gross, Megan, Kathy, Lee are all great!
