Overdue review...back in December I was visiting my elderly parents in Amarillo and the City of Amarillo (Atmos) was replacing gas meters. When replacing the meter, Atmos energy told my parents they had a gas leak, they didn't know where the leak was located, but it must be fixed before they would turn the gas back on. Not great news in December a week before Christmas with 30 degree temps. On a side note, what a terrible time of year to replace gas meters!!! We called several plumbers and no one was able to come out...until... read more
I have received service from Allen's twice now. The staff did a good job and fixed my complex issue with my air-conditioning. The work required alot of complicated and challenging work. They made sure I wouldn't have any issues in the future. I plan to keep them as my point of contact.
