Allen & his guys really care about their customers. It's not like the quick change places where they try to scare you into having work done that you really dont need.. Friendly, knowledgable employees. Great customer service.
Gave this place 5 starts before. Went in today (5/25/2019) and I was ignored and skipped over.
Went with a friend to get tires rotated he comes back in and says mam we can't rotate your tires you need 4 new ones and ones about to blow any second so drive slow. Didn't even offer to put on a spare. Real short with her and very non sympathetic.
My whole family has been going since I can remember
