Worst contractor I've ever tried to work with. Office clerk is incompetent and dishonest. When they got to my house they doubled the price the office clerk had quoted over the phone and when I called her she denied giving me the lower price. I showed the cleaning technician where I had the price written down. This has happened twice. This last time I just sent him away. Steer clear of these people. They're bad news in all aspects of office administrative ability and honesty. Marcia McVay
John A came out yesterday to clean my carpet. He was extremely professional and explained everything to me. I had a butter stain on my carpet that had been there for about a year and he was able to get that out for me! I am so pleased with the service I received and John was amazing! I will definitely use your company again!!
We were so thankful they were able to fit us in the next day. There was a bad pet smell/urine from the owners of our rental. Carlos Floyd was truly amazing and so helpful. He did everything he could to get the smell out and treat the pet stains. Thank you so much Carlos.

We had Dry-N-Clean Carpet cleaning clean our carpets today for the second time in a year (they did our move-out cleaning in our apartment last July). We had the pleasure of working with Edwin both last year and today. He is professional and does a phenomenal job. He was able to remove stains that we were afraid we were stuck with for forever. First they forgot to schedule my appointment after telling me on the phone that is was scheduled. I go to the appointment because this is a move out wait 30 minutes longer then call to check to find out they forgot to schedule. Ok mistakes happen. Get new appointment get email confirmation. Wrong address. Tell them not to long after correct address. Go to the new confirmed appointment wait 15 longer call to see if they were running late.
