They are able to schedule appointments quickly, and they are very friendly. Everyone I spoke to was amazing. They steam cleaned my furniture, carpets, and cat trees. Super simple on my part, and they worked so hard to get my home done.

I was called 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. When Matt arrived to service our carpets he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Personally I would have shopped around and used a carpet cleaner of my choice but my lease requires me to use the one that they have approved. When calling to schedule my cleaning I made sure to let the woman I spoke with that I needed all the pet treatments, spot and odor along with flea treatment per my lease agreement. She apparently forgot that the head guy can only do the flea treatment and decided to send a guy that is not approved to provide that service. We tried out Dry-N-Clean for the first time and were really happy with our experience. They were able to send someone out within a few hours of calling and sent us a courtesy text to let us know when they were on the way. The room we needed cleaned was in really bad shape; dirty and heavily stained.
