I have never had a worse experience renting. no communication, it was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of anyone, and when our downstairs toilet practically exploded in 2021, they left half our house uninhabitable for SEVERAL MONTHS with contractors who started the job and then disappeared. Gina Allen is far and away the worst landlord I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. She was extremely curt and impatient with me the entire time I rented from her. I paid my rent on time every month and kept my rental in great condition. I was exceedingly polite and friendly in every single point of communication I had with her. She treated me like a nuisance and an inconvenience at every turn and it genuinely confused me.
