An excellent physician that really seems to care for his patient and always makes time from a busy schedule to interact and learn of the progress of his treatment. I noticed that some people complained about waiting time on their rating. The waiting has never really been an issue in my six visits. My longest wait time was perhaps fifteen minutes, but I would attribute this to his interest in his patients. I give him my highest recommendation.

Writing on behalf of a family member who is a patient. Dr. Wang did not take the time to explain or review lens selection prior to cataract surgery and the office did not allow me to talk to the physician about these concerns. They did not refill post operative drops when we ran out. I had to write for them myself. Submitted feedback internally on their website and received no response. As a healthcare professional, I absolutely would not recommend this practice or surgeon.

Went for macular degeneration exam… waited 30 minutes after my new patient appointment time. Never saw the doctor. Very ghetto environment. You’ll see the minute you walk in the office. Set up like a free clinic. The front office assistant couldn’t have been more disinterested in my frustration at waiting so long. I’m not going to start a new doctor relationship like this. I arrived and had to wait an hour for a simple, routine exam. I asked if there had been an emergency that caused the delay. I was told there was no emergency. This is just how Dr. Wang likes to book patients. His time is valuable. My time is not. I will find another Dr.

Terrible office. Big chain type. They don't care about you as a patient. There is no patient- doctor relationship. You are just a number to them. Doctor comes in and out for barely 1 minute. How can you treat a patient when you barely see them for that long? They have so many patients that they can't spend time on any of them! When you try to call someone, you reach a call center, so nobody is accountable for anything. Try to imagine cattle on a farm - you are that cattle of this place.
