My dog was given back to me with poop all over his butt. When I confronted staff, they just pointed to the paper towels. A couple days later, my dog is showing symptoms of kennel cough. Not a pleasant experience at all.
We have a 3 year old mastiff mix and seven doxies ranging from 3 years to 16 weeks old. We always receive the best care with each and every visit.
I've taken a number of my rabbits here. Always reasonable and caring. Dr McAnally is the greatest. In fact, the whole staff is just plain terrific. Highly recommend AVH. ♥️🐇
Our pet always walks into the clinic wagging his tail. When he hears his name called, he gets all the more excited. I have no qualms leaving him there to board. I am very confident of their genuine care for their patients. Been using this practice since we first moved to Allen in 1999.
Busy but caring practice. Always feel like my dogs are well cared for and diagnosed. Just had to put down my elderly dog and the kindness from everyone was so helpful in a difficult time
I drove all the way from Garland with my pup. When she was at death's door, all of the vets and staff were so supportive and gave me hugs. All were so sympathetic. Maybe someday I'll have another pup. When I do, I will drive the 25 minutes to Allen Veterinary Hospital. Great, great group of people.
