Very courteous, attentive and very caring. They took their time with me and my pet to explain everything that was going on with Ladi.
We love Dr Coffman and his staff. He's been caring for our pets for 9 years. He's the most compassionate person and I highly recommend him
I am very happy with Allen Veterinary Hospital. I especially love Dr. Calvanese who takes care of my Sweet Pea with tender loving care. It is a busy office, and even when I did not have an appointment they work me in. I read a review where they had a problem with the smell but I don't think there is a bad odor, I have been to vets with bad odors and this is not one of them. The front desk personnel have always been kind to me too. This clinic has saved my dogs life when I needed them the most.
My husband and I brought both of our animals (cat and dog) this morning for a scheduled new patient exam and shots. We were so thankful that this office took appointments and ran on time with getting us back. Plus their wait room was big enough to not feel crowded even with several other animals there. Both the Vet, Dr. Holland, and his tech were gentle, caring and efficient with our babies. We got out of there in less than 45 min! We are very thankful to have found a vet home with Allen Veterinarian Hospital.
Everyone there, from the front desk ladies, to the Vet assistants, to the Vets themselves are fantastic! Our pets are our family and they genuinely care for them. They take their time with them, and take time to listen. Not to mention, their prices are fair. We won't take our pets anywhere else!
Dr. Shiplov is the greatest. I know you could never find another as great as him. The staff at the hospital is amazing as well. He takes time with not only the patient but the owner. He is very careing. I can't say enough to explain how awesome he is. THANK YOU AGAIN DR SHIPLOV FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE ME ME AND BANDIT.
Absolutely the best vet clinic I have ever been, our 17 year old dog went in with Kidney disease and Dr. Coffman told us that there was a chance he would not make it, but he would do everything he could so we could have more time with Reggie. That was 7 months ago and our dog is doing better than he has in years. The prices are very reasonable and I have seen them work with people financially so that their pet could be treated.
