This is my dealer rater review I got banned for posting by Allen Turner Chevrolet. Allen Turner Chevrolet is a joke liars and cons don’t buy a used vehicle from them unless you want to be threatened lied to and spend thousands in repairs

Back in February, I bought a car from here and worked with Aaron Fries. Super guy and everyone made buying a car so easy. I took my daughter up there today and she worked with John Ford and Aaron stepped in to help us out. My daughter didn’t think she would even have a chance on leaving with a car. They made it happen. I would continue to buy cars from Allen Turner! Awesome place to deal with. The salesman and everyone else, who made the purchasing of a car for her, were amazing! Thank you!!!
I purchased a 2012 Kia Sedona on march 15, 2018 i traded my car in plus a deposit and it wasn't even a good 5 months i've had my van and it broke down, i thought it was the starter so i purchased a new one and that was not the issue. The mechanic is saying that the motor has locked up in it, and i don't see how when Allen turner just serviced my van and changed the oil in it in July and they said everything was fine. now they are saying that since we purchased it as is there is nothing they can do about it. Walked in looking for a specific mini van my wife and I saw online. Sales man (John) was very attentive and nice. Did not put too much pressure for us to buy that Sedona when we mentioned we would be driving to Bay Minette to look at another mini van also. He helped my wife during the test drive since I had to stay with our daughter, and when we were discussing the deal at his desk, the rest of the staff were nice to my daughter and did not mind her lack of volume control. On two occasions I’ve tried to buy a vehicle from Alan Turner. Both times on my way to the lot I get told sorry we sent the car to auction. Why can’t you get your inventory straight before I make my way to your lot.
The best group of people I have ever had the chance to work with! Mr. Jim, Mr. Matt and Mrs. Charla are all such wonderful and hardworking people! We couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle and if we ever needed anything again the first place we would go is back to Allen Turner! Thank you for such an amazing experience and for helping us out!
