Allen Trails is a Very family friendly neighborhood. They have a park with a playground... Although the houses are close together, you cannot hear your neighbors from inside the house unlike the D. R Horton sister neighborhood "Pelican Lakes" off Burbank in Baton Rouge. I felt very safe in Allen Trails, even when I had to go outside at 4am... There are to many of certain specific people moving in here next thing you know it’s going to be noise trash all over the ground and I just don’t want this neighborhood to go down in shambles. And they have loud gathering and I sure hope HOA manages it his neighborhood properly because that’s how these neighborhoods start it’s very quiet but then then. It turns into shambles be cause of the people who live there.
I received great customer service in addition to the beautiful homes. I recommend Allen Trails to be a great place to purchase a home.
