My boyfriend urged me to reach out to a medical team at HSS for achilles tendonitis. This is a second surgery for me at HSS. I love Dr. Drakos and his fantastic team. The majority of the staff are great and endearing. However, I needed to have a cast put on yesterday. Not pleasant. The tech I was given could use a lesson on bedside manners.
