Had surgery w Dr. Ellis yesterday and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated from all of the staff there. A huge thank you to the staff of 7 East especially Joy & Susan & Anthony & Kerri they were kind, compassionate and went above and beyond for me. The therapists who evaluated me at time of arrival yesterday and before discharge today were amazing and took time to explain procedures to me I hadn't known before and to discuss concerns about how I will get back in the game. This was my third surgery at HSS and each time the care and attention to my patient needs far exceeded the previous stay! The staff including cleaning/maintenance as well as professionals are caring, competent, courteous and focused on my well-being ... Thank you HSS!
This was my first visit and hopefully last. Everyone here are so sweet and pleasant and genuinely caring, how could you think there'd be any negativity. Bilateral knee surgery isn't a walk in the park, but I can't wait to actually go for a really long walk. Thank you Dr Padgett, all your staff and the hospital staff as well
The doctors, nurses and staff were wonderful, caring and compassionate. My one and only complaint is that the family atrium is not accommodating to many hours spend in there with visitors. I spent 12 hours in that room yesterday. I was unable to work on anything as there were no tables for that purpose. The charging stations were not very accommodating, If I eft my phone or tablet to charge people would cover it up with their own belongings as they were sitting next to it. My 10 year old daughter had knee surgery yesterday with the incredible Dr. Fabricant. She had exceptional care and could not have had a more positive experience. I was impressed on all levels. I highly recommend her doctor, the nursing staff and the hospital!
