Great group of people here.The person who answered the phone was very helpful helping me figure out what to do with my tire situation and had me bring the car up. I had several questions about types of tire patching. The repairman who fixed my tire patiently answered all questions and gave me great knowledge and did not make me feel like I was in the way. He also evened out the tire pressure in all my tires before I left.
I came to Allen Tire & Service to get 2 Brand New Tires & a wheel alignment. First & foremost, the staff was very friendly and courteous to me and my wife. I dealt specifically with Scott, & he made me feel right at ease & comfortable while waiting for my Truck. They are a first class organization from top to bottom. I enjoyed my experience, and I will be sure to recommend them to my family & friends…
