Amazing service at Allen supply! I came in looking for new cabinet hardware, and their selection was incredible. I got the most gorgeous pulls, and everyone was SO nice. Will always do business here!
When we built our home in Traverse City, we ordered all of our door hardware from Allen. In the eight years since then, they have gone above and beyond to support us with warranty service when needed. When we recently picked up a replacement exterior lockset, they had already keyed it to match the rest of the doors on our house. They even provided us with a temporary lockset to install while we were waiting for the new one to arrive. It really is worth it to buy local!
Went there looking for an obscure part, three of their employees searched, ran down leads, and left no stone unturned trying to help. In the end they were unsuccessful, but definitely went above and beyond trying to help. Will definitely be back.
