Van did a great job fixing my mom's Wolf cooktop right before Christmas! It was fast and everything works perfectly now. If I need to fix anything I will definitely call this guy.
Scheduled a service for my dryer. They said on Saturday between 11am and 2pm. I called around 1:30 to find out if they were running late. The lady said they needed to cancel. Bad business!
This place does not exist or have moved, there is a UPS at this location now
I’m writing this for my poor sister!! She is livid with this company, after being rescheduled 3 times, she finally had a guy show up to repair her Ice Maker, because she has had it repaired in the past she already had parts and serial numbers that she wanted to pass on when she made the appointment so part could be ordered ahead of time and just put in, but they wouldn’t take it, so guy showed up and had to order part which meant she had to be available another day for replacing the part!! A joke company. After 3 days of listening to “we will be there between 12 & 3”, and 9+ hours of waiting for these jokers, I found their excuses hilarious. I think they must hire Home Depot stragglers and try to run this mismanaged joke of a company. I called a competitor and got great service - on time! So, my advice - Try anyone else!
