The charges were outrageous! The quotes ranged from $1859.00 for work that was not even requested down to the minimum option of $557.00 for replacement of a shower valve that costs $1.87 for the part. This evaluation was provided to my elderly parents who can barely pay for their health care needs. I was appalled. My parents ended up paying $49 for the evaluation because Allen Services did not accept their $50 advertised credit for the evaluation.

I had a membership with them once. I trusted them they were very unproffesional at that time, one day I called to check on air conditioner n change filter. That same day I was home alone and the technician tried to tell me a lie.....he said he took a picture of under our house and our furnace heater needed replaced said he got a carbon monoxide reading and he said he took a photo of furnace under house crawl space. lmao...said his phone was broke but got a picture if our broken cracked furnace.... ya right!!!! so he shut it ... read more

Will from Allen came out to fix slow drains in both the guest bath tub and one of the 2 master bath sinks. He mistakenly verbally quoted us an estimate of double what it should have cost, we therefore opted to do only the bathtub and not the sink. After reviewing the estimate after the work was completed, I realized were were quoted the "Each" price as the total price on the written estimate. I called them and they didn't even argue. Over the weekend, we noticed that our water heater had started leaking. We notified our landlord, and he was able to get Allen Service out to take a look. Brett arrived about noon, and was very pleasant. it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the issue. he worked up some options on the replacement, and called our landlord. After getting the go-ahead from our landlord, Brett went straight to work removing the old water heater. A new heater was delivered, and Brett had the install complete by 3:30pm. We just had Robert with Allen service come and fix our air conditioner. He was amazing. Very professional and right on time. they gave us an exact amount it would cost to fix our unit, and it didn't cost a penny more. We would recommend Allen service to everyone!
